✅ Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date: No charge.
⚠️ Cancellations made between 10 and 29 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
❌ Cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival or in case of no-show: Non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the lodge's official email address.

5. Changes or Cancellations by the Lodge

In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Lodge El Remanso del Puelo reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations. Guests will be informed and offered equivalent alternatives or the corresponding refund.
